1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CharismeAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
CharismeAI is an AI-powered assistant that analyses social media screenshots and generates response suggestions in multiple tones (Friendly, Flirty, Freaky, Gen Z, Rude, Poetic, Hype). Features include Screenshot Replies, Instant Lines (including premium categories), Conversation Analysis, and Generate a Reply.
2a. Third-Party AI Processing
CharismeAI uses Anthropic Claude, a third-party AI service operated by Anthropic PBC, to process your screenshots and text input and generate reply suggestions. By using any AI feature, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Your screenshots, typed messages, and context notes will be transmitted to Anthropic’s servers for processing
- Anthropic processes this data to return AI-generated reply suggestions
- Anthropic does not use API data for AI model training
- Anthropic may retain API request data for up to 30 days for safety purposes

3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use CharismeAI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Credits & In-App Purchases
- New users receive free credits on sign-up
- Free credits can be earned by watching rewarded ads (daily limit applies), following our social media, or leaving an app review (one-time)
- Additional credits can be purchased via in-app purchases (credit packs)
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat
- Credits can be spent to unlock premium Instant Line categories (Love, Breakup, Friendship); once unlocked, categories remain unlocked permanently
- Credits are consumable and non-refundable once used
- Purchased credits are granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation
- If an AI feature fails after credits are deducted, credits are automatically refunded
- Apple’s standard refund policies apply to all in-app purchases — refund requests should be directed to Apple
- Credit balances are stored locally on your device; reinstalling the app may reset your balance
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Not upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content involving minors
- Not use the service for harassment, stalking, or malicious purposes
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use generated responses responsibly and at your own discretion
- Not share or redistribute promo codes obtained through private channels
6. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of screenshots you upload
- AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use
- We do not claim ownership over your content or generated responses
- You grant us a limited licence to process your screenshots for the purpose of providing the service
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service to generate harmful, threatening, or illegal content
- Upload screenshots containing illegal material
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems or extract training data
- Abuse the service infrastructure (automated requests, scraping)
- Create multiple accounts to exploit free credits or promo codes
- Manipulate the ad reward system (e.g. using ad blockers, automated ad viewing, or device resets to circumvent daily limits)
- Resell or commercially redistribute generated responses
8. Advertising
CharismeAI offers optional rewarded video ads powered by Google AdMob. Watching ads is entirely voluntary and rewards credits. A daily limit applies to ad rewards. We do not show banner, interstitial, or forced ads. Ad viewing data may be collected by Google for ad measurement purposes.
9. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated responses are suggestions only. CharismeAI does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any generated response. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from sending AI-generated messages to others.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Credit balances remain valid regardless of feature changes.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharismeAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
